How does it work?

Everything you need to know to start with go4.me

Claiming your go4.me PFP

To get started, share your XCH address and tag @go4mebot on X. We'll generate your custom go4.me PFP and publish it so others can collect it. You'll earn royalties whenever your editions are traded.

You can also add your DID to your go4.me page by sharing it on X and tagging @go4mebot the same way you do for your XCH address.

Any go4.me NFTs held at either your XCH address or your DID will automatically show up on your go4.me page.

Royalties and editions

Each time an edition of your PFP is sold, a portion of the sale is paid back to you as a royalty. The leaderboard shows the total editions sold, total traded value, and other stats.

Badge Score and $G4M airdrops

Your Badge Score reflects your engagement and collection activity. Higher scores can help with airdrops and featured placements.

Make sure all your collected go4.me PFPs are at the XCH address that you used when you registered. If your PFPs show up on your go4.me page, you are all set! If they don't, transfer them to the XCH address at the top of your go4.me page and wait for them to show up. This usually doesn't take longer than 10 minutes.

Your airdrop amount is calculated using the Rarity Badge for each PFP you've collected. The Rarity Badge (lower-left of each PFP) is worth:

  • Crown: 100
  • Diamond: 90
  • Lucky Hat: 80
  • Rocket: 70
  • Snorkel: 60
  • Fireball: 50
  • Moon: 40
  • Basketball: 30
  • Tractor: 20
  • Seedling: 10

Your airdrop amount of G4M tokens will be determined based on your badge score and sent to your XCH address. If the total airdrop amount is 500,000 G4M or less, you'll receive G4M tokens equal to your badge score. If it exceeds 500,000 G4M, your airdrop will be calculated proportionally based on your badge score relative to the total airdrop amount.

What can you do with $G4M? Collect more go4.me PFPs, of course!

Marmot Recovery Fund

The Marmot Recovery Foundation is bringing Canada's most endangered mammal back from the brink of extinction. Donate today!
Vancouver Island, B.C. marmots.org

When you set your go4.me royalty address to the @MarmotRecovery address, the sales for new numbered copies created after the change will also go directly to marmots instead of the go4.me wallet, in addition to your royalties!

Remember that you can always temporarily change your XCH address for a time, and then change it back. It's up to you! Just tag @go4mebot with any XCH address and it will always use the last one you gave it. Royalty addresses on existing NFTs cannot be changed, by design, but you can always choose the XCH address to be used for upcoming copies!

Be aware that your collection will show the NFTs from the @MarmotRecovery address, but you can also add your DID to your account and show those as well. We'll also add a small icon or visualization so you know that someone is donating their profits and sales to marmots.

You can get @MarmotRecovery's XCH address and watch transactions come in at spacescan.io. Also remember that your daily airdrop goes to the address you have set, so you'll be donating any $G4M you receive as well!

Let's save some marmots!

Expiring Offers and Decreasing Prices

If a PFP offer for XCH expires, it will be regenerated as a $G4M offer. If that offer also expires, it will be regenerated as a slightly cheaper $G4M offer. It will continue decreasing in price until sold or until it reaches 200 $G4M, at which point it will not go lower. The price of the $G4M offer will be calculated based on the current market price of XCH-G4M according to TibetSwap.

Once sold, the next edition will be generated and offered for the normal XCH price again, and the cycle will repeat. And don't forget: you still get 10% royalty on every sale, including $G4M tokens!

Trading on marketplaces

You can view and exchange offers on third-party marketplaces like Dexie and Mintgarden. Look for the badges and links under each card on the leaderboard.
